Adobe Premiere me distorsiona la imagen

Hola, tengo problemas con Premiere ya que algunas imágenes me las distoriciona, pensé que eran las imágenes quienes estaban malas o con calidad baja pero no, de momento que agrego las imagenes a la línea de tiempo se distorcionan, y al renderizar también se graba con esas fallas. 

La tarjeta de video se encuentra bien, y solo tengo problemas con adobe, los otros programas están bien.

Favor si alguien me puede ayudar.
