Have adobe Premiere Pro 2.0 and it will not open on Windows 10. Is there a way to get it to work?

    Not likely.

    Premiere Elements 15 is probably more powerful than Premiere Pro 2 is.  You may want to download the trial and see if it would be worth purchasing.
