Adobe Premiere Pro 2020 Offline and pending

Upgraded to 2020, although this happended with the previous version as well. I open an project and files show pending.  Or, I am working along and my files going completely red Offline.   The file foller has not been changed or moved. I use a T used a Thurderbolt drive connected to my PC. 

Also got error message about framing don't recall the entire script.  

The only bandaid I have found is to delte media cache and relaunch the project, until it happes again.

Read someothing about issues with MXF fiiles, form a Panasociie camers.

I have got to get this resolved, For a short while I could not even launch 2020 wo a crash, I did install the latest update but off line liles continue to be a problem.  And, had the same issue for the last couple of months previous version. Baffled.
