Adobe Premiere Pro 2020 Videos Not Appearing

Hi 

I am trying to upload my videos to Adobe Premiere Pro.

I have shot two types of video.

One on my Samsung Galaxy A50 phone and the other videos on my Canon Stills and Video camera.

When I click New Project on Premiere Pro and browse for my videos none of them show up, even though they are on my computer and my external harddrive.

When I click Open new project they don't show up on that either.

The Phone Video is an .MP4 file, is 14 minutes and 3 seconds long and is 1.69GB.

The Canon Videos are also .MP4 files.

Can anyone help?
