Adobe Premiere Pro 2023 and BLACK output

Dear Friends & Technocrats

I have been suffering from a very peculiar problem in my office where our Editors are working on ADOBE PREMIERE PRO 2023. We have more than 18 nos. of Editing terminals and it's a very high end machines as far as its CPU, Memory, Graphics Card & SSD is concerned.
PROBLEM :- Every now and then we get BLACK OUTPUT without any video but with audio.

It has been addressed to Adobe Admin Panels and Adobe Engineers have no clue and has been trying out with various R&D but without any Result.

There is perhaps no Troubleshooting left to be done - Change to CUDA, Change to Software, latest nVidia Drivers, all settings best suited for Adobe Premiere Pro for nVidia, Installing and Re Installing.

I thought to share with you all and this is my last option before I am convinced that it's a pathetic software bug without any Remedy.

PLEASE HELP HELP HELP !!!

Hola, una sugerencia sería exportar en ProRess  o Mov animation y ver si salta el mismo error, quizás no sea la solución pero sí algo temporal y después convertir a mp4.
saludos

Hi,

I would try a test in transcoding the source media to ProRes and then export. See how it goes.

Thanks,
Kevin

Hi Jordan

Thanks for your reply and strangely even with ME things are coming black but less in number. Maximum it's happening when we export directly to desktop. We are exporting Full HD file as MXF format

It is premiere and media encoder. I have the same exact thing happen to me with no rhyme or reason. The ONLY way I got it to work was to open Media Encoder BY ITSELF, then use the Media Encoder browser to find the Sequence you want to export. And use that sequence (drag it over or right click and export) this was the ONLY way it wouldnt output black video. It's not your fault. Premiere and Media Encoder just suck really bad and no one helps you to solve the problems.
