adobe premiere pro 4k exporting issue

I started exporting a 2hours timeline video from Adobe Premiere Pro in 4k resolution, after exporting the video, I played the video in a media player but it only played at a one-hour timeline but the video loop showed a 2-hour length and remained 1 hour blank and forced closed when trying to loop the video in media player.
