Adobe Premiere Pro ACP TOC

Unfortunately,  I am trying to access the guide to become certified within Premiere Pro at this link Google Doc Link. This link was provided from Adobe Care from users who were reporting on the YouTube series as it did not contain a link and it was provided. What my request is for the original images to load within the dock it is unfortunately displaying a gray box with an exclamation point. I've used Safari, Google Chrome, and I have made the document available off-line, I have also downloaded the document to no avail. Would anyone happen to have a copy that displays the images in the doc?
