Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects Freezing and Not Responding While Working

For some reason from yesterday my adobe softwares are not behaving properly, whenever I open any project in Premiere Pro and After Effects software gets freezed and not responding, I have updated my graphics drivers also reinstalled these softwares, cleared all cache and temp files still facing the same issue, If anybody knows the solution for this please help.
