Adobe Premiere Pro and Beta Keyboard Shortcuts locks up program

I'm currently running Adobe Premiere Pro 24.1.0 and Adobe Premiere Pro Beta 24.3 on an IMac Sonoma 14.2.1.

When I open Keyboard Shortcuts on both Premieres, the entire program locks up and I can't click on anything.  It's not frozen per se as when I click on certain keys on my keyboard the Keyboard Shortcuts window reacts to it.  I just can't click on anything else and I have to force quit the programs.
