adobe premiere pro bins

I need to create several bins for the video I am trying to create.  I have 6, but it won't let me add any more.  Why can't I have more than 6 bins to store my footage for my video?

    Make sure you don't have a Bin selected when you make a new bin, the new bin will be made inside the Bin you have selected.
