Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2017 Crashes

While working with this premiere Pro CC 2017 in windows 8, once started video editing after few minutes its automatically crashes. sometimes its showing "Not responding" and forced to quit. sometimes its showing low memory for buffer and software freezes and forced to restart the system. I like to know any one else is facing the issue and Is there any way to solve this problem?
