Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2019 quit unexpectedly.

It has to be a problem with Premiere Pro, NOT the computer. PPro 2018 and 2019 won't open on both of my MacBook Pro's, and one of my Mac's is a month and 1/2 old (I bought a new one because PPro stopped working - suddenly - on my old MacBook. Wasted $1500). Countless hours on the phone with Adobe installing and uninstalling PPro numerous times. I think we installed and uninstalled 12 times.

Adobe Premiere Pro is inoperable on Mohave until further notice (apparently), and it doesn't look like they're working on a fix. 2018 and 2019 were working on my 2011 MacBook Pro (Ya, 2011), until one day it would keep crashing on startup. I called Adobe, they said, "You need a new computer with more memory." Spent $1500 on a new MacBook Pro, installed PPro 2018 and 2019 and guess what? Nothing changed.

Countless crash reports sent to Adobe (and Apple), but nothing is happening. It's completely useless.

I understand your concern. Any application getting launched should ideally not get affected if the minimum computer specifications are met i.e. Adobe Premiere Pro System Requirements. However, there can be other factors which could be causing the glitch. Do not worry, we're here to help. Thanks for sharing the computer details. We need a few more details:

Note: I tried putting Adobe_old on the computer; changed everything to "Read and Write;" and uninstalled and reinstalled the PPro at least 12 times, but it still doesn't work.

    Hi jamisonl,

Thanks for reaching out. I have branched your query as a new discussion so that we can look into the case separately as the previous user got the solution there.

    Thanks,
