Ive been searching all over and cant seem to find a solution to this issue Im having, it seems very stupid but I just cant for the life of me figure out how to resolve it. Recently every time i try to play footage in the source panel that has an in + out, it will only play from in to out, and i cannot playback footage beyond those markers. It doesnt happen in the timeline so its specific to the source panel. Im not sure what Im missing or what keystroke I hit to enable this function by mistake but I was hoping someone could let me know how to undo this. Thanks

Ok I figured it out. Feeling really stupid now. Apparently I had "Loop" on, which i originally figured was just to loop the footage from the beginning of the clip to the end once it plays through, but I didnt make the connection that it actually loops in to out once those are established. Live and learn. thanks anyway!

There is a Play In to Out button and shortcut.  Make sure you're not using those by mistake.

Im not. Im going through every setting and keyboard shortcut right now and I cant find anything that indicates whats going on. Play in to out seems like a command rather than something I can toggle on or off. This affects playback on the source window for every file in any given project so I think it has to be a preference I may have accidentally messed with a few months back. Even re-installing the program doesnt do anything to fix this for me.
