Adobe Premiere Pro could not find any capable video play modules. Please update your video display drivers and start again.

Getting this error on Adobe Premiere Pro 2019

PC Specs:

Operating System: Windows 10 Home 64-bit (10.0, Build 17134) (17134.rs4_release.180410-1804)

                 Language: English (Regional Setting: English)

      System Manufacturer: Micro-Star International Co., Ltd.

             System Model: MS-7B46

                     BIOS: A.30 (type: UEFI)

                Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700K CPU @ 3.70GHz (12 CPUs), ~3.7GHz

                   Memory: 8192MB RAM

                    GPU: GTX 1050 TI (switched drivers between oldest on Nvidia's website and the newest)

                    Motherboard: MSI z370

      Available OS Memory: 8146MB RAM

                Page File: 5688MB used, 6554MB available

              Windows Dir: C:\Windows

          DirectX Version: DirectX 12

I have tried all fixes on adobes fix for this error as well as on this page: https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2367429

I have also tried switching to the on-board graphics for use.

Looking for any other advice on how to fix this issue.

    If you have tried all the possible fixes and nothing works:

    Contact Customer Care and ask for videoqueue.
