Adobe Premiere Pro Crash when I open a project with deleted files

I use premiere pro normally when I delete a file accidentally open in my project, I close the premiere and when i want open my project, adobe premiere stay block and does nonthing, I can not do anything, not even close the window, just ... nothing and it only does that to me when I delete a file used in the project, please help me !
