Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 version 6.0.5 Can not encoding sequence Nothing happen

Question

I have an edited project in:
Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 version 6.0.5 (001 (Mc: 264587))
When I'm trying to export it, it stops at encoding sequence, nothing happen!
Why?
I was advized to export it as
Final Cut Pro XML
and then open it by
Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2018
Will this change the original quality?
Will my video effects (colour corrections, etc) be exported as well?

Make a new cs6 project and import the old one: see if it will encode.

Have you tried importing the project into 2018.

Exporting to xml might be a better option.

Wont affect image quality.

Have to wait and see which effects have been transfered: might have lost some along the way.
