Adobe Premiere Pro Display Glitch

Hello guys,

I've had this issue since September 2016 and approached customer care before, I've been told to wait for updates to fix this solution and I've lost count how many updates it has been now. Basically, the source monitor and preview monitor does not show the video fully. Below link is a video clip of the issue I've been having.

It's not just Premiere Pro, the same goes for After Effects as well.

What happens if you set Playback Resolution to Full?

It remains the same unfortunately

On the video I posted at about 0:27 I did a little test and its the same as the 1/2.

Hi Shmay,

I am sorry for the display issue. The Premiere Pro & AfterEffects versions you mentioned are not the latest versions.

Please update to latest versions & check the issue.

The latest version numbers are Premiere Pro CC 2017.1(11.1.0(222)) & AfterEffects 2017.2(14.2.0.198).

Hi there Vidya!

Sorry it took awhile to get back to you, was away. I updated my Premiere Pro today and I still get the same issue. It now only shows the full video when it is at 25% zoomed. Below is a short video of what I still have.
