Adobe Premiere Pro.exe - Entry point not found

after installing PProCC v14.7 on my Win10Pro System, I can´t open PProCC, because each time I get the error message:

Adobe Premiere Pro.exe - Entry point not found
The procedure entry point "_crtCreateSymbolicLinkW"
was' not found in the DLL C: \ WINDOWS \ SYSTEM32 \ MSVCP110.dll ".

All my old existing Adobe PProCS6 and Encore can be started from the CC window or from Win directely and work fine, but not the new installed PProCC2020 and also not the MediaEncoder 2020.

MS Visual was even updated to the last versions yesterday.
