Adobe Premiere Pro Fills C Drive On Startup To The Point Its Unusable And Slowing Down The Computer.

I cant seem to find any fixes yet, and ive been trying allot the last couple of hours.

Explenation: When starting up premiere pro it fills my c drive to the brim, it slows down my desktop(windows 11) so much its unusable. I dont know how this happens, but it seems like its not the temp files, but it might be the log files, even tho ive set everything of premiere pro to my external hard drive. But it isnt usnig htat one and keeps filling my C drive with the windows system files on it slowing it down even more.

well, I have come to the conclusion it's not my cache i dont think, even when not opening any projects it fills my entire c drive. Thanks for the reply sir, have a wonderful day.
