Adobe Premiere Pro freezing my laptop at random moments

Hi there. This is my first time writting here and hopefully the last one. I have red some other people experiencing the same issues that I have with Premiere Pro and I believe ADOBE needs to do something about it.

For the last 2 weeks, Premiere has been freezing my whole laptop at random times. It doesn't really matter what I do: it could be rendering, color correcting, playback... At the frustrating part is that it doesn't only freeze the program, but THE WHOLE LAPTOP so I have to restart the laptop using the power button. I have already talked to 2 of the support guys and both of them told me about deleting cache files and adjusting some RAM memory, but guess what? It doesn't matter. It might work for half a day and then back to the same issue. My laptop aspects are more than enough to handle Premiere:

32GB RAM DDR5

Nvdia 4060 6gb with STUDIO DRIVER 536.99

13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-13620H

All fans are working fine

I have done a factory reset to the laptop

There is enough space + I have 2 external SSD

I have red some people talking about installing and older version of Studio Driver and older Premiere Pro version but honestly, what's the point then? Loosing some AI features that I use and PAY for just so it works? 

I have check the laptop and in conclussion it only happens with Premiere Pro and Media Encorder. I don't know how many people are having the problem but I'm getting a little tired of paying for a product that doesn't work.
