Adobe premiere pro incompatible

Question

I have been trying to trouble shoot this issue for the last few days and i feel like ive tried just about everything out there and nothing works. I have updated my drivers, updated my OS (windows 11 22h4 as of writing) i verified that all my computers spec meet at least the minimum for the application (almost all of them are at the reccomended) so at this point im at a lose. My computer specs are as follows: Ryzen 7 9700x, Gefroce RTX 4070 ti SUPER, 64 GB ddr5 RAM and 4tb pcle gen 4, windows 11 22h4 OS. Please send any help my way

Hey Logan,Sorry for the trouble. Do you see any error messages when you try to install Premiere Pro? If so, please share a screenshot here. Please also try signing out of your Creative Cloud app and signing back in again. After signing in, go to the menu in the upper-right-hand corner and go to Help > Check for Updates.
