Adobe Premiere Pro Installation Stuck on 45.0%

Hello I am new and this is my first ever adobe product download.

I have been downloading premiere pro and I just had this issue.

My downloading is stuck on 45% and has been like that for atleast 20 minutes and it is starting to really anger me especially when this is my first adobe purchase.

Please help....
