Adobe Premiere Pro is not functioning properly during video playback

Adobe Premiere Pro is not functioning properly during video playback. The timeline playback is lagging/freezing, which is affecting the editing process.

Totally dependent on hardware and media plus effects used. So please post OS/CPU/RAM/GPU/GPU driver, media type made by what, any effects on that especially Warp, how many tracks on the timeline ... and we can then help.
