Adobe Premiere Pro is not working

Hello everyone I have a super important question about premiere pro

The other day I went to go to edit a video and premiere pro came up with an audio error.  I ignored it and then the audio stopped working.  So then I closed out got the error again and clicked the adjust audio settings.  I clicked something and now it gets stuck like it is going to play but then it doesn't... I also don't know the error that came up.
