Adobe Premiere Pro launches only with administrative rights

We installed Adobe Creative Cloud including Adobe Premiere Pro. Other apps like Adobe Photoshop launches normally but Adobe Premiere Pro launches only with administrative rights and shows error "Could not find the shared documents directory" if we try to launch it as simple local user. Workstation is part of local network and because of office administrative rules we can't let user be an administrator. How to solve it?

Premiere Pro does run best on Admin user accounts and when My Documents is left in it's default location on C:.  Folks have reported issues when those ideal conditions are violated.

For networked environments, the better option is a Team Projects license or Adobe Anywhere.

Administrative / root account was implemented to secure OS and ease-up administrative burden. It was not invented to run Adobe products. So maybe it's a problem between Adobe and Microsoft camps and it should be resolved.

I believe it was resolved, using Team Projects or Adobe Anywhere.

Well in our case problem was that user hadn't access to %SystemDrive%\Users\Public folders. Once it was resolved, Adobe Premiere Pro launched successfully without administrative rights. For more order it would be good if Adobe apps would use only user's directories and not some Public directories.
