I have recently purchased a brand new Inspiron 7506 2n1 from Dell, which was suggested to me for video editing. When I go to play back my footage, it is unable to and freezes as a still on the clip I am trying to play. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software, and I have tried all of the suggestions that i've found online, such as the preference settings, sequence settings and so on. I am pretty stumpted by this and can't work out why this is not working 😕😕 if anyone could help that would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

In general or specific for Premiere Pro?

The intel Iris does it give MPE hardware? Guessing not.

There is but one drive?
