Adobe Premiere Pro Version 24.4 crashes when I try exporting

I recently updated to the Adobe Premiere Pro Version 24.4, whenever I attempt to export it encodes and suddenly crashes.

Troubleshooting steps done:
- Restart Premiere Pro

- Clear cache media

- Restart computer
- Uninstall and reinstall Premiere Pro

Is anyone experiencing the same issue that can help me solve this? If not, where can I report this?

I tried downgrading from Adobe Premiere Pro Version 24.4 to 24.3 but it's still crashing when exporting 😞

What happens if you export to Apple ProRes LT?
Version 24.4 had some issues and were removed by Adobe. Does it work when you downgrade to version 24.3?
