I got the following message trying to install Adobe Premiere Pro 2021

Code execution cannot continue because MSVCP110.DLL was not found

I have the following configuration for my desktop PC:
- Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4960HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.60 GHz
- 16,0 GB
- Windows 10 Home Single Language = 64 bits version 21H1
- Intel Video Pro Graphics 5200 - integrated

Which version can I install with this configuration

Thanks

A bit late to respond to this situation, but even if Premiere Pro 2021 (15.x) were to be successfully installed on that laptop, all rendering, decoding and encoding will be software only (no hardware acceleration whatsoever) by default since that laptop was officially too old to run any version of premiere Pro newer than the CC 2018 version (12.x).
