Adobe Premiere Pro will not open

I’ve installed Adobe Premiere Pro, however when I click to open it, nothing happens.  It doesn’t open nor do I get any error message. I can see under the Task manager that it is open but it is no where.  Any suggestions on things I can try?

    Does your computer meet the minimum requirements?

    If NVIDIA graphics, make sure that you are using a Studio driver, not a Game driver.

    restart your computer and retry opening.

     

    if that fails, what os/version and what premiere version?
