Hello,

Everytime I export my video, the clips using the front camera on an iPhone 11 are black with sound only. The back camera clips are fine. The videos playback fine it's only after I try to export that the screen goes black. Any suggestions?

Please use the free MediaInfo and post a screenshot the properties of your media in tree view:

Many users are having issues with VFR. If the file is variable frame rate, use Hand brake to convert to constant frame rate:

What format are you exporting to? Is it possible you can try some different settings?

If you are using Hardware Encoding with H264 or H265, try using Software Encoding.

If that doesn't work, you can try using a different codec altogether, like Quicktime ProRes.

You can also try transcoding some of those front camera shots to see if that helps them at all. It's not uncommon for phone footage to need to be transcoded with something like Handbrake or Shutter Encoder to correct the variable framerate issues.

Thank you! The issue was VFR.

I am also using the DJI OM4, not sure if that could effect anything.
