Adobe Premiere Pro won’t show the Export window after you click Export or press Ctrl/Cmd + M:

Hi everyone, I’m having an issue with Adobe Premiere Pro where the Export window won’t appear at all when I click Export or press Cmd/Ctrl + M. Nothing happens, no error message, no hidden window; I am still able to export via Media Encoder.

Here’s what I’ve already tried: Resetting workspaces Switching to the Export workspace Resetting preferences Restarting Premiere and my computer Updating Premiere Disconnecting external monitors, Toggling GPU Acceleration

I’m using: Device: MacBook Pro M4 Pro Max - Sequoia 15.7.2 (24G32)
Premiere Pro version: 2025 - 25.6.3 (Build 2)

Cześć,  u mnie na Windows 11 pojawił się ten sam problem. Po wciśnięciu skrótu Ctrl + M pojawiało się zupełnie puste okno. Znalazłem rozwiązanie. W moim przypadku źródłem problemu było narzędzie do nagrywania ekranu Windows Game Bar. Włączyłem to narzędzie, i odznaczyłem 2 opcje - pokazywanie podpowiedzi podczas włączania aplikacji, oraz uznawanie Premiere Pro za grę. Uwaga, najpierw należy włączyć Premiere Pro, a potem włączyć Game Bar i wprowadzić powyższe ustawienia.

W moim przypadku to zadziałało. Po ponownym uruchomieniu Premiere Pro, zaznaczeniu okna timeline i wciśnięciu Ctrl + M pojawiło się okno eksportu.

Może Wam też to pomoże.

I'm sorry to hear about this. Please check if the Adobe Stock panel is open in your workspace. If it is, please close it, go to the top menu bar, and select Window > Workspaces > Save Changes to this Workspace. Restart Premiere and let me know how it goes. It's not Adobe Stock. I've never had the Adobe Stock window open in my life and I have this glitch from time to time. Either the window doesn't come up or it comes up blank. Occasionally it just takes a really long time to come up but eventually does (like minutes)

Please check if there are any updates available in the Creative Cloud App. A similar issue was fixed in Premiere Pro 25.6.3. If you're still experiencing the issue, please try switching to another workspace and let me know if that resolves the problem.
