Adobe Premiere ProCC 2018 Blank Graphics Panel

When I try to browse the graphics panel and click the link on top, to add titles to my project it turns into a blank space and I would not be able to see assembly or editing or the other menu on top. All I will be able to see is a blank black screen. Even if I use the shortcuts (Alt+shift+7) it directs me to a blank page.

Is this a known error or is it just my pc that's experiencing this. Have uninstalled and installed it again and again with no success.

Today, while in the "Color" editing tab of Premiere, I added a text graphic to a clip; then when I clicked on the "Graphics" tab to edit the new text, all panels disappeared and the screen went black. The only thing then appearing on my pc screen was the toolbar at the top. I was able to click on "Window", then "Workspaces", and bring my editing panels back. But each time I click on "Graphics", the screen goes black.  Premiere v12.01 Build 69.

I have the same issue. I too did the uninstall and then re-install. Also, restarted the computer several times and made sure no other programs were open while using Premiere.

Please advise.
