adobe premiere skipping frames and speed up and then crashing

So I am editing a video in Premiere Pro and suddenly when it is playing it starts to speed up, skip frames so the audio sounds like it is turning on and off again really fast, then it crashes and doesn't want to load again so I have to reset my PC. I have reset my PC three times now. 

RAM: 16.0 GB

I7 12 gen

RTX 3060 

I disabled growing files and Mercury Transmit and gave premiere pro the max amount of ram.
