Adobe premiere wont open a project I've worked on, on another computer. "an unknown error occurred while opening the project"

I have been working on another computer and now need to work on the same project on a different computer.  Premiere Pro will not open the project - the message "an unknown error occurred while opening the project" come up.  Both computers are upgraded to the latest version. Please help.
