Question

Adobe projects stored in temp files

On my computer, I have over 100gb of temporary files and were combing through them to make sure I can delete them all. While looking I encountered some of my projects from Premiere Pro and After effects. I was wondering if I can delete those from my temp files or if they have to stay there indefinitely as long as I want to keep the projects.

Are those autosaves, or your actual working project files?

do you have you projects safely saved elsewhere? if so, you don't need temp files.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
