Adobe Stock Template Not In Essential Graphics

Hey there community.  I downloaded (and paid!) for a motion graphics template that won't show up in essential graphics.  Every time I try to import it, it says "file already exists; overwrite?" but it's not in there, anywhere.  Old templates I have used are there, but this newest one will not show up anywhere despite the progam saying it's there.  Need help!  Or at least my money back!  This is very frustrating.
