Adobe stock video cannot import into Premiere Pro project.

Error: File contains more than one image descriptor.

How do I correct this? Tried to convert in Media Browser, but permissions do not allow import into MB either.

Here's the stock File link

Thanks,

Thanks for confirming that, Cecelia. What happens when you import that media in Media Encoder? Do you get the same error?

Apologies, I meant to say Media Encoder, not Media Browser. That's where I got the error, 'permissions do not allow importing in ME'.

However, I'm happy to say Handbrake solved the problem.

So all is good, thanks.

Hi Cecelia27955509wl8h,

We're sorry to hear about this issue. Are you getting this error while importing this specific ProRes file or other ProRes media as well? Also, just to ensure that the downloaded file is not corrupt, have you tried re-downloading it to check if it's working properly?

Thanks,

Sumeet

Thanks Sumeet. I did re-download, but same error rec'd. This was the only file that was ProRes so I don't know if other ProRes files might generate the same error.

Does it give the same error if imported into Media Encoder and if you try to export from there?

If yes, try Handbrake to export from there and import back to Premiere Pro

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
