Adobe story back up

In light of Adobe canceling adobe story I have been trying to back up my work.  Following the instructions from the end of service document, I hit the download data button and most but not all of my data backed up.  There are projects that are listed in story but not in the back up.  Has anybody run into this problem or have a solution for it?

    Hi BDCooper,

    When you sign in to Adobe Story, do you get this dialog?

    If you haven't tried generating a new backup, try doing that.
