My Adobe Story wont load on my laptop, but it will on my library's desktop. I have cleared my browser history, tried different browsers, re-downloaded flash, and still have had no luck. Any advice?

Kept reading down below. If you are accessing Adobe Story through Chrome, try "ALLOW" for Pop-ups and "ALLOW" for Flash. That was what was wrong with mine. It will most likely be the same for you.

Has anyone who managed to log in clicked the "Try New" version button on the top? It has a new interface.

Wondering if someone can confirm if it is flash based or HTML5. I could look, but Adobe would know more than I.

I finally figured it out.  When you login to Adobe Story using Google Chrome and it is not opening.  Go to the HTML bar at the lock symbol next to the word "Secure" (when your mouse arrow hovers over it; it says, "View Site Information") and right-click.  A drop down menu will appear and at the POPUPS and IMAGES categories select, "Always Allow On This Site".  That fixed it for me...

    timmayhaggs,

Okay, so I (kind of) got Story working. Here's how:

In Chrome (running on a MacBook Pro) I went to "Preferences" and then typed "flash" into the search off to the right of "Settings." This should bring up a "Privacy" heading which is just above "Content Settings" with an arrow box with the word "flash" in it—click that "Content Settings" box. Next, scroll down until you find the "Flash" settings section (should be highlighted yellow thanks to the search you initiated earlier). My recommendation is to choose the "Ask first before allowing sites..." and then click in to "Manage Exceptions." Once in that window add "adobe.com", "story.adobe.com" and finally, "storyclassic.adobe.com". Ensure that all the boxes to the right of those exceptions are set to "Allow" and then click "Done."

Now, try signing into the Adobe Story site again. You might need to restart your browser (not computer), but I did not.

(Side Note: Even though this worked to get Story up-and-running it's more like crouched-and-crawling.....lots-o'-lag.)

    Hi darrylc,

Sorry that the suggestions didn't work for you!

Can you try loading Story in Incognito Mode/Private Browsing?

Let us know if that works.

This problem seems to be on-going. For me, it began with an error where I couldn't create a Script within Adobe Story. Now, however, Adobe Story site won't even load.
