Adobe UI and playback very choppy (26.00)

Very recently Adobe Premiere became very choppy, laggy and nearly unusable. I deselected High Quality Playback and working on ¼ quality. When I delete the media cache, it’s working for several minutes but quickly became laggy afterward.

      I think I found the issue, since the last update I didn’t update some of my AE Dynamic Link to the last AE version.

      After some testing it still choppy after a while unfortunately.
