Just been reading other discussion on the problem of purple/green video. The 'work around' is to switch to software only rendering. Those discussions were dated 5 months ago. I would like to know when is Adobe going to fix this? it means obviously we cant use hardware rendering and is causing issues?

As a side from this, on my laptop I have the built in Intel GPU and a GTX1070. I believe the issues lies with the intel GPU. Is there a way to tell adobe to us the GTX1070 and ignore the Intel GPU?

I find it incredible Adobe have not fixed this after 5 months

I have the latest build 13.0.3 (build 9), and os fully updated

If you update the intel driver the issue might go away.

Make sure the nVidia GPU is the only option available under Display Adapters in Device Manager.

    Hi Jim

Thanks for your reply and that disabled it! prior to this I went to the nvideo control panel and changed the premire profile to use the nvideo driver but that had no effect.

to clarify by 'disabled it' i mean it disabled the on board gpu and it forced the laptop to use the better nvideo driver
