AE Comps in Premiere Pro are now Offline and won't Re-Link.

So I have been working on a music video project in Premiere Pro CC 2020, and I have been using the 'Replace with After Effects Composition' feature with many clips in my timeline. For over two weeks, there has been non problems until today when I open my Premiere project and all of the AE compostions are now offline.

I tried re-linking to the After Effects project it will not show me any of the compositions when I try, rather it only allows me to select the 'Cancel' button and then tell me that the 'importer has reported a general error'. I have attempted other methods, like uninstalling and reinstalling both Premiere Pro and After Effects, cleaning media caches, and I am still unable to re-link the offline composition files in Premiere Pro. I have tried looking in the actual AE project itself and all of the compositions are still there, nothing has changed. Help?

My OS is macOS Catalina Version 10.15.4, A Macbook Pro 2019, Intel i7, 6-Core 2.6 GHz, 16GB 2400 MHz DDR4 Memory, and a Radeon Pro 555X 4GB Graphics.
