AE mogrt blurry in Premiere Pro

Question

hi, i'm new here and new to video editing as well. I have some custom mogrt files, created in AE. They are 1080p. I'm trying to add them to my 4k footage in premiere pro, and they appear all blurry and fuzzy when i run the clip. Can someone, in very simple language (am not a programmer, still learning), explain how i can fix this? I have the latest versions of both programs. thanks so much.

For starters, putting 1080p footage into a 4k sequence isn't going to help you. You've cut the resolution in half right there. (Not the end of the world, happens every day, but just be aware of it.)

After that: Premiere plays by default in a reduced resolution, which can you adjust in the Program Monitor. It's there to improve playback. You can set this to Full if you want to see full resolution during playback.
