Question

AEJuice plugin doesn't show,- any ideas?

Hi guys.
I'm a total newbie, don't know much about this, but I think this must be related to some adjustments or graphic adjustment in Premiere Pro, because AEJuice has not been able to help me.
As seen in the picture, the AEJuice pack manager where you get your transitions etc, is blanked out,- and I need help to find the reason why it's like this,- because in After Effects it shows as normal.
I'm not able to use it on Premiere Pro, so feel free to think of me as an idiot, and explain it step by step if you like,- I need all the helt I can get. 😄

They seem to get back to me?

I'm not having any problems with it showing either. I just install in the regular way, in fact I use the quick install button on the opening install screen, says something like "accept and install", so just the one click.

I'm on the move abroad now, so I don't have my pc at the moment.

I need to reinstall it all on a new pc when I can afford it.

Delete the Media Cache and Media Cache files:

If that doesn't work, try resetting the preferences:
https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro/faq-how-to-reset-trash-preferences-in-premiere-pro/td-p/8236158?page=1

If that doesn't work, try resetting the Workspaces:
Reset a workspace
Reset the current workspace to return to its original, saved layout of panels.
1. Do one of the following:
• Click the Workspace menu icon and select Reset to Saved Layout.
• Choose Window > Workspace > Reset to Saved Layout.
from here:
https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/using/workspaces.html

If that doesn't work, try Preferences > Audio Hardware and set Input to None.

If that doesn’t work, try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site. If NVIDIA, do a clean installation of the latest Studio Driver (NOT the Game Driver).

If that doesn't work, try creating a new project and import the old one into it.

Thank you for the tips:
I have gone thru every step (although I did the first 3 before I published my problem, now I've gone thru everything and the problem still persists.
One question, when I took the clean install of the Studio Driver from Nvidia, should I also uninstall the gamedriver that I had originally?

The clean install should have removed the Game Ready driver.
