I'm going to make online courses in textile. It will be instructional videos with illustrations and smal animations in the corner of the videos.
I have worked a little with After Effect, but wonder if I in fact should learn Premiere Pro to get the best result?
I mean, is it easier to make the video editing in Premiere Pro og what is the pro and cons for both applications?

    Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out. After Effects and Premiere Pro are different applications with different utlities.

After Effects is used to work on visual effects and creating Motion Graphics however, Premiere Pro is used for editing clips with different shots and sound effects.

As @Peru Bob mentioned, you can use both them simultaneously.

    Edit in Premiere Pro.

Create the animations in After Effects and export them.

    Import animations into Premiere Pro.
