After Effects compositions duplicating in project folder

Hello, friends!

Sorry for the dumb question (and my awful English), but I can't find the solution for my problem.

My AE comps are duplicating in project folder, it annoys me so much. And sometimes when I duplicate my comps in the Premiere timeline AE comps don't duplicating in folder, It depends on... I don't know 🙂 (I'm pressing Alt key). I can't understand what I'm doing wrong, hope you'll help me! Thank you kindly for your answers!
