After Effects Compositions Not Showing In Premiere After Auto Update Last Night

Question

Premiere auto updated last night and when I logged on this morning I had to save the file to a different destination. Now, as you can see the After Effects Videos/Compositions aren't showing in Premiere.

I still have the After Effects files. How do I recover them in Premiere?

If Premiere updated version, but AfterEffects did not, you would have this issue. So check in your Creative Cloud app, that both Pr and Ae are the same version numbers.
