After effects essential graphics not working on premiere

Hello everyone.

I'm trying to import a mogrt created in after effects into premiere.

There is no problem importing it and adding it to the timeline.

The problem comes in certain types of control that just don't work.

For example, if I add a slider control to control the horizontal size of a box, it works perfectly in the after effects essential graphics panel, but in premiere it doesn't do anything.

If I animate anything with code it doesn't work either.

I thought it might of been my after effects file or something I did wrong.

But I tried downloading morgt freebies, and the same thing happens with slider controls or anything that has code when I import them into premiere.

I'm using running the latest versions of both programs.

I also tried reinstalling both programs, installed older versions and nothing.

This is happening on 2 machines running windows 10.

I'd appreciate any help.

Please download and run Expression Universalizer before exporting any mogrts from AE to be used in Premiere Pro

especially if those mogrts contain expressions and slider controls:

My first guess is that your OS and Premiere Pro are not running in English, so the expressions are not analyzed properly

Lifesaver.

That worked perfectly.

Your guess is right.

I do run after effects in english, but premiere and windows are in spanish.

Thanx a lot.
