After exported the video is small
I have exported my video which looks fine in Adobe pro but when I see it after it doesn't cover the whole screen....

You have a very odd export setting, 352x288 @ 15 FPS is that intentional, your sequence setting is 1920x1080 @ 59.94 FPS the normal HD size.
