After importinging, some of video in slow motion but audio is fine

This is myfirst post and I'm completely new to video editing and unfamiliar with a lot of terms so forgive me if I'm not clear or grasping responses quickly.

I'm importing videos recorded on my pixel 6 and have several slips which I want to piece together. The issue is that at some point the video becomes slow motion somewhere in the middle and then returns back to is normal frame rate. The audio is the correct speed that it should be but only when the video starts to get out of sync.

I'm wanting to have the final export in 1920 x 1080p and I believe the phone recording's frame rate is in 31 fps. I've attached a screenshot of the video properties that I'm working with.
